One of the legends of the breed. Not only a magnificently practical cow, but also a superb show cow
and a tremendously popular cow ($30 000 at auction). This is the
only limousin female ever to win the interbreed championship at the
prestigious Sydney Royal Easter Show. Not to mention other broad
ribbons at Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra as well as numerous
other shows.
Fashions impact on our herd has been nothing short of dramatic.
Her ability to consistently produce exceptional progeny from every
joining combined with her show and sale achievements surely ranks her
among the greatest females of the breed. To date, three sons and
two grandsons have been used as herd sires, and sixteen daughters have
survived our strict culling program.
Fashions unique ability to produce genuine muscle while still keeping
enough external fat cover to meet market requirements is truly
valuable. She has managed to pass this trait onto the great
majority of her progeny.

Most Notable Fashion Progeny
GLG Richter (CPL Fashion
x Circle T Wrangler)
A respected hereford and shorthorn breeder has
described Richter as the ultimate limousin bull. We certainly
will not disagree. Richter served as stud sire from 14 months of
age until 31 months. He still managed to be around the 1000kg
mark at 36 months off a crop of oats. Follow the hyperlink to

Talana Storm (CPL Fashion x WLCC
No Substitute)
Wow. What can we say? Follow the hyperlink

GLG Uriah (CPL Fashion x
Irakou)
Do you have high content european cattle?
Trouble making the external fat requirements but don't want to
sacrifice yield? This is the best bull that we have ever bred
for the balance of carcass cover and muscle yield. Uriah's flush
brother GLG Unit was injured at eighteen months of age and yielded 6mm
of fat after about 60 days on an oats crop; an exceptional
result.
GLG Uphoria (CPL Fashion
x Irakou)
Which of the three Irakou sisters will we bring in to
flush? Eenie, meenie, miney, mo...
GLG U Bet (CPL Fashion x
Genial)
Past herd sire. Simply put, the thickest Fashion
son ever born: a real meat machine. Great length, amazing
thickness, awesome depth of body and a massive spring of rib all
bundled in a moderate frame. We used U Bet to increase muscle,
hold frame and increase depth of body. Objectives achieved!!!
